Welcome to Capitol Commission Tennessee!

Serving the Kingdom of God as a State Minister is a unique calling to be sure. After 25 years as a pastor in local churches, it is my privilege to not only serve as a pastoral presence in the Tennessee Legislature, but to the Body of Christ at large across our state and nation.

Public servants are not held in high esteem in our current culture, sometimes for good reason. But in my experience as a chaplain in the political arena, most government leaders have a desire to serve well the people who have elected them. The temptations and obligations are many and the value of having a representative of Jesus who listens, encourages, prays with, and offers Gospel Hope and spiritual strength is invaluable while they are investing their time and life to serve others.
