Biography of Frank Erb

Frank Erb is a third-generation Californian who has lived in both the southern and northern parts of the Golden State. He became a follower of Jesus Christ as a teenager and quickly developed a passion for helping others to know and follow Him also. Since then, he has served in a variety of pastor / teacher positions, including as a senior pastor, church-planting pastor, college ministry pastor, youth pastor, and now as the State Director for Capitol Commission. Frank is a graduate of Talbot School of Theology and has been ordained by two church associations. He also has a degree in Computer Science and worked for years as a computer software specialist for a major aerospace corporation supporting clients throughout the world. He loves teaching, training, speaking, writing, and personal coaching. His greatest joy is making disciples of Jesus Christ, i.e. helping people to come to know and follow Him so that they can become more like Him and glorify God as they were created to.

Frank has been married to his best friend, Valerie, for 21 years. Valerie is a high school “peer-helping” teacher and public speaker with a gift for inspiring countless teenagers and young adults. Together, they have two middle-school age children, Hannah and Lucas. As a family, they enjoy having fun together, especially traveling and exploring nature.
